House Rules
- Check-in time is 03:00pm, Check-out time is 12:00nn the following day. There will be no adjustment in check-out time. Late check-out will be charged another day of stay. Call resort admin to check room availability for extension.
- The Lawn Villa Private Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 12 years of age without adult supervision in the room or other areas on the resort premises.
- We prohibit drugs, dangerous or hazardous weapons/materials to be brought inside the resort premises.
- We are VERY STRICT in the total headcount as per agreement. Extra person /visitor will be charge P500 per head.
- To help conserve energy please turn off all electric appliances when not in use.
- Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage they cause if they are unable to prove that they are not the one responsible for it.
- Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, as well as lights in the room and its facilities, and to shut the door as they leave.
- Please allow us five minutes for a room check. Room check will be done only if the room is vacant.
