The following are the requirements for staycation:
Cancellation of booking is not allowed. Payment is non-refundable except for security deposit.
Booking amendments will be permitted once during natural emergency situations eg. Storms, Floods & Earthquakes, and only if the resort is informed at least 30 days before the reservation and is subject to availability with re-booking fee of P5,000. No show or cancellation on your second re-booking will immediately forfeit your down payment.
For accommodation , we can accommodate a maximum of 22 pax.
For events, we can accommodate up to 100 pax.
Walk-in oculars are NOT ALLOWED. Kindly make an appointment thru FB messenger, sms or email. For everyone’s safety, a maximum of 2 persons are allowed to do the ocular visit.
Yes, we clean, sanitize and disinfect before check-in time.
