THIS IS A PRIVATE POOL. PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES ;

1. Proper swimming attire is required in the pool. For Boys: Swimming trunks, Board shorts, Sando or Rash guard For Girls: Swimsuit, Shorts, Sando or Rash Guard For Infant: Infants/Children not toilet-trained must wear swim diapers under swimsuits.
2. Shower first before swimming.
3. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult/guardian.
4. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool toys eg. pool foam noodle, water balloons etc. that may clog the pool intake are not allowed tob used in the swimming pool.
5. No diving or doing acrobatic act in the pool area. Be considerate – no yelling, or loud noises, no pushing or running to avoid accidents. Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injury.
6. Pets/animals are not allowed in the resort premises.
7. No eating and drinking alcohol in the pool area. Footwear and glass containers or any breakable objects are not permitted on the pool area.
8. No urinating, spitting and waste discharging (fecal matter) on the pool.
9. Persons with skin, eye infection, open cuts or wounds, or any communicable disease are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
10. Any damaged facilities will be charged accordingly.
11. Medically compromised guests (person w/ disabilities, mentally retarded, epileptic, hypertensive etc.)must be accompanied by their companion, adult guardian / parents at all times especially on the pool area.
12. Management reserves the right to deny using of pool to anyone at anytime whenever they do not follow all the rules and regulations of THE LAWN VILLA PRIVATE RESORT.
